Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on decanted fragrances.

Why No Refunds

Our products are hand-decanted perfumes transferred from genuine bottles into sterile atomizers. Once a decant has been prepared and shipped:

  • The perfume cannot be returned to the original bottle
  • Opened products cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Decanted fragrances are considered a personalized, made-to-order product

For these reasons, refunds and returns are not possible under any circumstances.

Exceptions

We will make things right only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item shipped — you received a different fragrance than what you ordered
  • Damaged in transit — the atomizer arrived broken or leaking significantly

If either of these applies, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence showing the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include your order details and photos in your message

After verifying the issue, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. No cash refunds.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order only before we begin preparing your decant. Since we process orders quickly, you should contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel. Once decanting has started, cancellation is not possible.
